The Therapy Exchange holds a Foundation Certificate in Drawing and Talking Therapy, an Emotional Literacy Practitioner qualification, a Psychology Undergraduate Degree, and a Master's Degree in Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing.

The Therapy Exchange also holds a DBS, a Mental Health First Aid Certificate, and is fully insured.
